Not necessarily. Access arrangements are agreed when you book.

Do you bring cleaning products and equipment?

Equipment and supplies are confirmed in your quote, including any preference for eco-friendly products.

What happens to items I no longer want?

We sort them for donation, recycling or disposal and agree any collection costs in advance.
